Tart apples tossed in a spiced brown-sugar butter, rolled into a flour tortilla and baked until crispy.

Instructions
1Preheat oven to 350°F.
2Place a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Add butter. When melted, add brown sugar, stir until dissolved. Stir in apples, raisins, cinnamon and nutmeg, cook until tender. Take off heat, add vanilla.
3On a flat surface, set out five 12 in. square pieces of foil. Place a tortilla on each piece, spoon 1/4 cup apples and a sprinkle of cheese over top. Fold in sides and roll up in foil.
4Place on a baking sheet and bake 10-12 minutes. Meanwhile, mix together sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
5Top each wrap with cinnamon sugar and 2 Tbsp. whipped topping. Enjoy!
