Bell Pepper and Olive Pizza
A gluten-free veggie pizza made with colorful bell peppers, black olives, tomatoes and mozzarella.

Instructions
1Preheat oven to 425°F. Place a medium sized pan over medium-high heat. Add oil.
2When hot, add onion and salt, saute 3-5 minutes or until onion is soft. Reduce heat to low. Add tomato puree, sugar, oregano and pepper, stir until combined. Simmer 10 minutes.
3Meanwhile, prepare crust as directed on package. Spray 2 round pizza pans with gluten-free cooking spray, then separate the dough out into 2 portions and spread onto each pan.
4Top each crust with sauce, mozzerella and pepper slices, leaving a 2 in. border. Bake about 20 minutes, according to package directions.
5Once cool, top with basil leaves. Slice each into quarters and enjoy!
