Instructions
1Spray a large saucepan with cooking spray and place over medium heat. Add turkey, onion and green pepper. Cook until meat is browned, stirring often. Drain.
2Add tomato paste, pineapple juice, water, mustard, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 20-30 minutes to thicken sauce.
3Top each bun with 1/3 cup mixture and serve.
