1In a large bowl, use an electric mixer on medium to beat together butter and cream cheese. Continue to beat on low while adding flour and salt, beat until combined.
2Lay out a piece of plastic wrap on a flat surface. Form dough into a rectangle, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate 1 hour. Mix together sugar and cinnamon in a small
bowl, set aside.
3Lightly flour a flat surface and roll out chilled dough into a 12x15 in. rectangle. Top evenly with cinnamon sugar. Roll up dough tightly from the long side.
4Fill a small bowl with water and use a pastry brush to to brush the edge of the dough. Seal the edge, cut in half crosswise and place on a cookie sheet. Cover and refrigerate another 2
hours.
5Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut logs into 1/4 in. slices and place on baking sheet 1/2 in. apart. Bake 12-14 minutes. Cool on wire racks and serve.
