A lightened version of the traditional Italian layered dessert.

Instructions
1Place a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Add water, 2 Tbsp. sugar and espresso granules. Bring to a boil, stir 1 minute, then take off the heat and add 2 Tbsp. coffee liqueur. Set aside to cool.
2Use an electric mixer on medium to beat together cheeses until smooth. Beat in 1/3 cup sugar, brown sugar and other 2 Tbsp. coffee liqueur.
3Place 24 cookie halves into an even layer in an 8x8 in. baking dish. Top with half of espresso sauce and half of cream cheese, then another layer of cookies, rest of espresso sauce and cream cheese.
4In a small bowl, combine unsweetened cocoa and grated chocolate, sprinkle on top, cover and chill 2 hours.
