  • (2 Tbsp.) mayonnaise, or to taste
  • Lemon juice
  • (1 lb.) carrots, grated
  • (1 cup) crushed pineapple
  • (1/2 cup) raisins

Pineapple Carrot Slaw

A sweet and creamy slaw of grated carrots, crushed pineapple and plump raisins.

    Instructions

  1. 1In a large bowl, whisk together honey, mayonnaise and a dash of lemon juice. Toss with carrots, pineapple and raisins. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes and serve.
