Instructions
1Place water in a medium saucepan and place over High heat to boil. Spray a 9x9 in. baking pan with cooking spray. In a medium bowl, toss figs with flour.
2When water is boiling, stir in figs, coconut, margarine and sweetener. Reduce heat to medium and cook 5-7 minutes, stirring every few minutes. Add oats and vanilla, stir to
combine.
3Pour into the greased pan and press into an even layer. Cover and refrigerate until set. Cut into bars and
enjoy!
