Layered Blueberry Cake
Layers of thick cake, blueberries and cinnamon sugar baked until golden brown.

Instructions
1Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 1 quart baking dish with cooking spray.
2Combine 2 Tbsp. sugar, flour and cinnamon in a small bowl, set aside.
3In a separate bowl, combine biscuit mix, milk and remaining sugar. In greased baking dish, layer half each of batter, blueberries and sugar mixture. Repeat, ending with
sugar.
4Bake 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Serve warm or at room temperature. Enjoy!
