Instructions
1Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
2In a large bowl, toss peaches with brown sugar and lemon juice. Arrange peaches on the greased baking
sheet, cut side up.
3Bake 20-30 minutes, checking often to make sure the juice is not burning on the pan. If it is, add 1-2 Tbsp. of water and continue baking covered with foil.
4Serve each peach with 1/2 cup frozen yogurt and 1 crumbled gingersnap.* Enjoy!
