Instructions
1Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2In a small bowl, mix together peanut butter and pretzels. Place in freezer for about 15 minutes, or until firm.
3Roll 1 tsp. peanut butter mixture into a ball, place on baking sheet. Repeat with remaining peanut butter and freeze about 1 hour, or until firm.
4Right before you remove balls from freezer, place chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave 20 seconds at a time, until melted, stirring after each cycle.
5Roll each frozen ball in melted chocolate, place back on baking sheet and refrigerate 30 minutes, or until set. Enjoy!
