Starting Position: Stand with your feet shoulder width apart, holding a medicine ball in both hands, arms extended straight down in front of you.

  1. 1 Slowly raise your arms until the ball is shoulder level, keeping your arms straight the entire time.
  2. 2 Hold for a one count, then slowly return to starting position.
  3. 3 Repeat this exercise until you have completed all repetitions for the set.
