French Toast w/Fruit Sauce
Thick French baguette slices grilled in butter and topped with a berry fruit and white wine sauce.

Instructions
1Place bread slices in an even layer in a large shallow dish.
2In a medium bowl, whisk together milk, egg substitute, 1/4 cup sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla and salt. Pour over bread and set aside 2 minutes to soak.
3Place a large cast-iron skillet over medium heat. Add 2 Tbsp. butter. When melted, add 8 slices to pan. Cook 6 minutes, turning once. Set aside, repeat with remaining butter and bread.
4Place a large saucepan over High heat. Add water, wine, 1/4 cup sugar and cornstarch, whisk to combine. Bring to a boil and cook 5 minutes, until reduced. Take off heat, stir in fruit.
5Serve toast with fruit sauce and a dusting of powdered sugar.
