Ingredients:
  • (1 1/2 cups) all-purpose flour
  • (6 Tbsp.) sugar
  • (2 tsp.) baking powder
  • (1/4 tsp.) salt
  • (1/4 cup) chunky peanut butter
  • (1 1/4 cups) fat-free milk
  • (1 Tbsp.) vegetable oil
  • (1/2 tsp.) vanilla extract
  • (2 large) eggs, lightly beaten
  • (1 large) banana

These pancakes are rich and delicious with kid-friendly flavors of peanut butter and banana.

    Instructions

  1. 1Preheat a large nonstick skillet or griddle to medium-high heat.
  2. 2In a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
  3. 3In a separate large bowl, stir together peanut butter, milk, oil, vanilla extract and eggs.
  4. 4Slowly add dry ingredients to wet, stirring as you add.
  5. 5Spoon 1/2 cup of batter at a time onto griddle, leaving an inch in-between. Cook until batter starts to bubble, flip and cook another minute.

  6. 6Serve with sliced bananas, enjoy!
