  • (2/3 cups) quick oats
  • (1) apple, peeled and sliced
  • (1 tsp.) cinnamon

Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal w/Raisins

This oatmeal is sweet and comforting with flavors of apple, cinnamon and raisin.

    Instructions

  1. 1In a medium saucepan, combine the water, salt, oats, and apple.
  2. 2Cook over medium heat for 4-5 minutes or until oatmeal thickens and apples are soft, stirring occasionally.
  3. 3Sprinkle in the cinnamon and raisins. If you like your oatmeal more creamy, stir in fat-free half and half. Enjoy!
