Instructions
1Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9x5 in. loaf pan with cooking spray.
2In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger and cloves. Use your hand to form a small hole in the center of the mixture.
3In a separate bowl, mix together pumpkin, applesauce, oil, eggs and vanilla. Add to hole you made in flour, stir to combine.
4Pour into greased pan and bake 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool and serve.
