(1 1/4 cups) maple syrup, divided
(1/2 tsp.) vanilla extract

Maple Cream Cheese French Toast Casserole
Cubed white bread soaked in maple cream cheese overnight, baked until golden and served with maple syrup.

Instructions
1Spray a 13x9 in. baking dish with cooking spray. Place bread cubes in pan.
2In a large bowl, use an electric mixer on medium to beat cream cheese until smooth. Add 1 egg at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in milk, half-and-half, 1/2 cup maple syrup
and vanilla.
3Pour over bread, cover and refrigerate overnight.
4Preheat oven to 375°F. Let casserole sit out at room temperature for 30 minutes.
5Bake 50 minutes, or until set. Dust with powdered sugar and serve with remaining syrup.
