  • (2 slices) Applegate Farms organic turkey bacon
  • (1 cup) skim milk

Potato Pancake Breakfast

Homestlye potato pancakes cooked until crispy and served with turkey bacon and a glass of cold milk.

    Instructions

  1. 1Place a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil. When hot, add potato pancakes. Cook 2-3 minutes per side, or until browned and cooked through.

  2. 2Place another small skillet over medium heat. Add turkey bacon and cook 5 minutes or until crisp.
  3. 3Enjoy pancakes with bacon and milk.
