Chicken and Swiss Paninis

Ingredients:
  • (6 oz.) low-fat Swiss, sliced
  • (4 oz.) reduced-sodium Black Forest deli ham, sliced
  • (4 oz.) reduced-sodium deli chicken breast, sliced
  • (4) whole wheat rolls, sliced and gutted
  • (1/2 cup) marinara sauce, heated

Chicken and Swiss Paninis

Whole wheat rolls stacked with slices of chicken breast, Black Forest ham and Swiss cheese, pressed and served with marinara sauce.

    Instructions

  1. 1Spray a large skillet with cooking spray and place over medium heat.
  2. 2Top both sides of roll with a slice of cheese and the bottoms with ham and chicken. Sandwich together and place in pan.
  3. 3Place a heavy skillet and 4 large cans on top of sandwiches to press them down. Cook 2-3 minutes, remove pan, flip, replace pan and cook another 2 minutes.

  4. 4Cut in half and serve with marinara sauce.
