Tomato Basil Mushroom Pit-zas
Crispy garlic pitas topped with creamy goat cheese, hearty mushrooms, tomato and basil.

Instructions
1Preheat grill pan to medium heat.
2In a small bowl, mix together garlic and oil. Use a pastry brush to brush both sides of pitas with oil. Top with 1/4 tsp. salt and 1/8 tsp. pepper. Cook 4 minutes, turning once. Set aside
on a plate.
3Season mushrooms and tomatoes with 1/4 tsp. salt and 1/8 tsp. pepper. Cook mushrooms 6 minutes, turning once. Set aside, cook tomatoes 1 minute.
4Top each pita with goat cheese, mushrooms, tomatoes and basil. Serve and enjoy.
