Tomato Dill Roll-Ups

Ingredients:
  • (3 oz. package) reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  • (1 Tbsp.) chives, minced
  • (1 Tbsp.) snipped fresh dill
  • (2) flour tortillas (8 in. diameter)
  • (6 thin slices) tomato
  • (6) large spinach leaves

Tomato Dill Roll-Ups

Herb cream cheese, thinly sliced tomatoes and fresh spinach leaves rolled up in flour tortillas.

About 15 minutes (plus 1 hr chilling)

    Instructions

  1. 1Use an electric mixer to beat together cream cheese, chives and dill.
  2. 2Top each tortilla with 1 Tbsp. cheese mixture, tomato and spinach. Divide rest of cheese mixture evenly. Roll up in plastic wrap.
  3. 3Refrigerate at least 1 hour, quarter and serve.
