  • (2 tsp.) prepared pesto
  • (1 1/2 oz.) fresh mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced, or 1/3 cup shredded part-skim low moisture mozzarella
  • Salt-free Italian herb seasoning
  • (1/2 medium) vine-ripened tomato, thinly sliced

Fresh Tomato Tortilla Pizza

A crispy multigrain tortilla topped with pesto, mozzarella cheese, Italian herbs and thinly sliced tomatoes.

    Instructions

  1. 1Place a medium nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. 2Place tortilla in pan. Top with a spread of pesto, mozzarella, a sprinkle of Italian herbs and tomato slices.
  3. 3Cook 2-3 minutes, or until browned and cheese melts. Cut and serve.
