Whole-wheat pitas stuffed with a filling of ground turkey and chopped spinach sauteed with garlic and onion.

Instructions
1Place a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil. When hot, add garlic and onion. Cook 5 minutes, then add the turkey and cook another 15 minutes, breaking it up with a wooden
spoon.
2Add spinach, cook another 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add pepper to taste.
3Stuff each pita with filling, add tomatoes and serve.
