Ingredients:
  • (1/4 cup) onion, finely chopped
  • (2 Tbsp.) shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
  • (1 Tbsp.) lemon juice
  • (1 1/2 tsp.) dried parsley flakes
  • (1 clove) garlic, minced
  • (1 tsp.) Worcestershire sauce
  • (1/4 tsp.) salt
  • (1/4 tsp.) pepper
  • (1/2 lb.) ground chicken
  • (2) hamburger buns, split
  • (1/4 cup) torn romaine
  • (4 tsp.) fat-free creamy Caesar salad dressing

Caesar Burgers

Garlic herb chicken patties served on buns with Parmesan cheese, romaine lettuce and creamy Caesar dressing.

    Instructions

  1. 1Mix together onion, 1 Tbsp. cheese, lemon juice, parsley, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and ground chicken. Form into 2 even patties.

  2. 2Place a medium skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Cook patties 10-14 minutes, flipping halfway through. Top with rest of cheese.
  3. 3Top each bun with 1 patty, romaine lettuce and 2 tsp. dressing. Enjoy!
