Granny Smith Grilled Cheese
Sweet granny smith apples and melted mozzarella cheese between grilled whole-wheat bread.

Instructions
1Place a medium skillet over medium heat.
2Use a pastry brush to brush one side of each slice of bread with oil. Place bread oil-side down in skillet. Top evenly with apples, Swiss and other slice of bread, oil side up.
3Cook 2-3 minutes, flip and cook another 1-2 minutes, or until golden brown. Enjoy!
