  • (1 cup) hummus
  • (2) Granny Smith apples, thinly sliced
  • (1 cup) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Hummus Apple Sandwiches

Broiled multigrain toast topped with creamy hummus, sweet apples and sharp Cheddar cheese.

    Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the broiler.
  2. 2Place bread on baking sheet in an even layer. Broil 2-4 minutes on each side, or until toasted.
  3. 3Top each toast with 2 Tbsp. hummus, apple slices and cheese. Broil another 3-4 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Sandwich together and serve.
