Mushroom and Cream Cheese Pastries
Flaky phyllo rolls filled with sliced mushrooms, onion, garlic, cream cheese, herbs and spices.

Instructions
1Preheat the oven to 375°F. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
2Spray a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray and place over High heat. Add mushrooms, onion and garlic, cook 10 minutes. Add cream cheese, chives, salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste.
3Lay out a clean dish towel on a flat surface. Place phyllo dough in a stack on top of the towel. Top with mushroom mixture, leaving an inch border. Fold sides in 1/2 in. tightly roll up from the short end.
4Place on greased baking sheet and spray with cooking spray. Bake 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes, slice and serve.
